Job summary
A leading actuarial recruitment firm is seeking a Group Finance Actuary for a growing life insurer. The role involves analyzing financial reporting, consolidating performance metrics, and improving finance processes. Candidates must be qualified actuaries with a strong background in financial reporting and knowledge of SII and IFRS 17. This position can be primarily remote with minimal office presence required.
Qualifications
- Qualified Actuary with a strong financial reporting and/or finance business partner type background.
- Strong knowledge of SII and IFRS 17 is required.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of insurance company financial reporting and performance metrics.
- Consolidation of financial reporting and performance metrics.
- Review, consolidation and commentary of financial business plans.
- Analysis of SII and IFRS 17 results.
- Conduct ORSA.
- Lead finance process improvement and control projects.
