• 5 years’ experience in Recruitment, HR or Talent Acquisition in a corporate setting or freelance capacity.
• A strong passion for learning and development and career coaching.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Enjoys helping others thrive.

• Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions.
• Cultivate marketing strategies across various digital platforms with training and support provided.
• Learn and apply lead generation techniques, conduct structured phone and video conferencing interviews, and qualify candidates.
• Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates.
• Support onboarding processes and assist in the achievement of your team’s success goals.
