Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive and organized Key Account / Sales Area Manager to join our international team and support the development of our company's presence in London or the UK region. The role focuses on promoting porcelain surfaces to developers, architects, interior designers, retailers and distributors.

Responsibilities
  • Support the local team in identifying and tracking project opportunities in the UK area and assist in developing and maintaining relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, retailers and distributors.
  • Participate in meetings and presentations to promote the company's solutions to professionals in the Architecture & Design community, prepare technical and commercial documentation for project proposals, and collaborate with the Marketing team on events, showroom visits, and social media activities.
  • Enter and update data in the company's CRM system (Salesforce) and provide administrative support for ongoing project follow‑ups and reporting.

Candidate Profile
  • A genuine interest in architecture, interior design, the ceramic and construction industry.
  • Ideally 2–3 years of experience in a B2B commercial or promotional role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident presenting to clients and engaging with professionals.
  • Ability to manage autonomously his/her own agenda, travel frequently across the UK/London area.
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM systems (training will be provided).
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a strong plus.
  • Based wherever in UK or in London Area specifically.
