Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an HR Manager for a fully remote position in the UK. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, be hands-on, and have strong knowledge of UK employment law. This role includes managing compliance, overseeing onboarding, and leading performance management initiatives. The HR Manager will also deal with restructuring and employee relations. Candidates should have remote management experience and a CIPD qualification (Level 5 or higher) is preferable.

- Previous experience working in a heavily unionised environment

- Experience in managing redundancy processes
- Previous experience conducting and carrying out employee training
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, people‑focused business.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or higher) is desirable
