As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day sales operation on site
- Guiding purchasers through the full sales process from enquiry to legal completion
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive buying experience
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in new homes sales or a strong background in property, sales, or customer service
- Professional, confident, and approachable manner
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Flexible to work weekends as required
- Competitive basic salary of £25,000 – £28,000
