Location: Near Gainsborough
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 basic (depending on experience)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional, or someone with a strong background in customer-facing roles, to build a rewarding career within the new homes sector.

The Role

As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day sales operation on site
  • Guiding purchasers through the full sales process from enquiry to legal completion
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive buying experience
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in new homes sales or a strong background in property, sales, or customer service
  • Professional, confident, and approachable manner
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Flexible to work weekends as required
