A healthcare provider is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver remote therapy services via video sessions. This role focuses on assessing clients, creating treatment plans, and ensuring timely clinical documentation. Candidates must hold an active Kentucky license and a Master's degree in a related field. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, managing a scheduled caseload, and participating in team training. - Develop treatment plans with progress markers.
- Keep clinical documentation accurate and timely.
- Attend virtual team check-ins and training sessions.
- Provide clinical feedback for service improvement.

Formation
Location: Richmond, KY
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Help Kentucky clients access therapy from home through secure video sessions. You’ll focus on assessments, clear goals, and reliable follow-up.
- Conduct intake interviews and diagnostic assessments remotely
- Provide structured telehealth therapy sessions
- Develop treatment plans with step-by-step progress markers
- Keep clinical documentation timely and accurate
- Attend virtual team check-ins and training sessions
- Provide clinical feedback that supports ongoing service improvement
- Active Kentucky license: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or MFT
- Clinical experience in individual therapy
- Comfortable managing a scheduled caseload in a remote setting
- 2 weeks PTO
