Why we exist
Healthcare workers experience higher rates of anxiety, depression and suicide than the general population. YOD was founded after a personal tragedy and exists to ensure healthcare professionals can seek support, speak freely and access evidence-based resources.
Our mission
To enable all healthcare professionals to seek support, speak freely about mental health and be equipped to manage effectively the inevitable occupational pressures they face.
