As a Resourcer, you\'ll play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent for clients in the electronics, software, and embedded systems sectors. You\'ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, developing skills that will propel your career forward. Typical responsibilities include:

• Selling! Yes, recruitment is a sales role. You\'ll be looking to understand what a business is looking for and then selling this opportunity to potential candidates.
• Working towards targets - you will have regular activity targets to achieve and be someone that sees these targets as the minimum expectation.
