Overview

This global, innovative supply chain solutions business serving the aerospace and defence sectors has a strong brand and established pedigree within its markets. With operations across multiple regions and a holisitic marketing approach, they are now seeking to further strengthen their Marketing function with the appointment of a Marketing Manager to sit within their global marketing function.

Key Duties
  • Serve as the second in command within their global marketing function supporting the business across various vertical channels.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive global marketing strategy which aligns to business objectives and growth plans.
  • Work with agency partners on the creation and development of compelling content for multiple channels including digital, thought leadership, PR and events.
  • Lead projects around the planning and delivery of global events and trade shows including logistics, messaging and promotional materials.
  • Oversee all marketing projects from concept through to delivery ensuring brand consistency and measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with customer and market needs.
  • Track and analyse marketing performance data to drive continuous improvement.
Key Skills
  • A confident, creative and experienced marketing professional with experience in B2B and preferably aerospace, defence or industrial sectors.
  • Strong background in strategy execution and integrated campaign management.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading on trade shows, exhibitions or other events.
  • Digital marketing, content creation and event management capabilities.
  • Excellent project management, communication and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organisation.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (CIM qualification desirable but not essential).
