About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Lead with a proven track record in B2B sales and the ability to lead revenue growth at an early stage startup. You love closing deals, thrive on hitting targets and are genuinely passionate about our mission.

You’ll be wearing multiple hats, balancing leading and strategy, with generating and closing deals. You’ll be responsible for driving commercial success; from identifying prospects and developing your own sales pipeline, through to discovery and closing. Able to operate as a strategic leader, you'll bring innovative strategies that set us apart from the competition and lead us to achieve commercial growth.

The ideal candidate will be an engaging, highly motivated, creative problem-solver with prior experience selling to HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating in a 360 role, generating and closing commercial deals in the UK, US and beyond
  • Defining our commercial strategy and executing against it
  • Maintaining our commercial forecasts and key metrics
  • Forming strategic initiatives and creative go-to-market strategies to drive growth
  • Working closely with our VP Marketing and Head of Customer Success & Commercial to iterate on our ICP and to test and define our commercial proposition
  • Analysing data and applying learnings to ensure we’re improving conversion through our commercial funnel
  • Continually examining and improving commercial processes and ways of working to ensure efficiency and scale, managing our CRM
  • Based on success, grow and build a Sales team to maximise our commercial reach
About you
  • Experienced in B2B Sales : You have a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for health and wellbeing.
  • Startup Experience: Experience in fast-paced, early-stage environments where you have demonstrated ability to establish a repeatable sales engine and scale revenue
  • Strategic Leader: Experienced in finding commercial product market fit and defining go-to-market strategies
  • Sales Pipeline Mastery: Proven experience managing all aspects of the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Self-Motivated & Collaborative: Thrives in both independent and team environments, driving results with minimal oversight.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Excellent at building and managing relationships through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email.
  • Target-Oriented: Laser focused on metrics and highly analytical; proven experience setting, driving and exceeding all KPIs / OKRs
  • Innovative Thinker: Creative in approach, always looking for ways to differentiate our offering and overcome obstacles.
  • Continuous Improver: An analytical mindset, committed to refining sales processes, tools, and strategies for better outcomes.
  • Mission-Driven: Experience in the wellbeing sector or working with HR teams is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Around 6+ Years in Business Development/B2B Sales.
  • SaaS experience.
  • Selling in the wellbeing space and/or to HR buyers, with an established network in this space.
  • Experience forming broker relationships and partnerships would be an advantage.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
  • Experience selling to the US and establishing a presence from scratch would be advantageous.
