We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Lead with a proven track record in B2B sales and the ability to lead revenue growth at an early stage startup. You love closing deals, thrive on hitting targets and are genuinely passionate about our mission.
You’ll be wearing multiple hats, balancing leading and strategy, with generating and closing deals. You’ll be responsible for driving commercial success; from identifying prospects and developing your own sales pipeline, through to discovery and closing. Able to operate as a strategic leader, you'll bring innovative strategies that set us apart from the competition and lead us to achieve commercial growth.
The ideal candidate will be an engaging, highly motivated, creative problem-solver with prior experience selling to HR.
