IT Support Engineer - Infrastructure & End-User Systems

Location: Lutterworth (must live within 30 miles)

Full-time | Hybrid On-Site | Some travel to US

Sector: Technology / Secure Software

Salary: 30-40k depending on experience

• Resolving user support requests across hardware, software, and network services
• Supporting cloud-based systems, remote access, and virtualisation platforms
• Maintaining internal documentation and system records
• Collaborating on infrastructure projects and upgrades
• Assisting with hardware provisioning and software installations
• Contributing to support rota and covering occasional out-of-hours issues
• Coordinating with external vendors for equipment and services

• Proven experience in a multi-platform support role (minimum 3 years)
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and endpoint security
• Intune experience
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS), virtualisation (e.g., VMware)
• Experience working in structured, process-driven teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and mentor others when needed
• Full UK driving licence
• Industry certifications are desirable(Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.)
• Experience with IT compliance or information security frameworks
• Prior exposure to regulated industries or critical systems
• Eligibility for UK security clearance
