Senior Systems Engineer (L2-L3) – Cloud & Windows Pro
Job summary
A global leader in customer experience management is seeking a self-driven L2-L3 Systems Engineer to join their team in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will maintain, monitor, and implement IT systems, providing 2nd and 3rd line support for various technologies including Microsoft Azure. With a focus on problem-solving and innovation, the role requires strong communication skills and prior experience in an IT support environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with potential for flexible working hours.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years IT Systems Team / 3rd Line Infrastructure Support experience required.
- Experience in a Call Centre environment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Cyber Essentials and PCI DSS standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor IT systems, including servers and storage.
- Provide 2nd - 3rd Line support for IT systems and cloud technologies.
- Design and implement new solutions based on operational requirements.
