Are you an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong technical knowledge of Linux and SQL environments?

You’ll play a key part in providing high-level technical support, troubleshooting complex system issues, and improving application reliability for internal and external users. - Provide 2nd / 3rd line support for enterprise and business applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, collaborating with development teams where needed
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problems using ITSM tools
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base content
- Support application deployments, patch management, and upgrades on Linux platforms
- Contribute to system improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with IT / security standards
- 3+ years' experience in Application Support, DevOps, or Software Support roles
- Proficient in supporting Java-based applications on Linux systems
- Knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL Server, Postgres, or MariaDB)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience using ticketing and monitoring tools
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach
- Knowledge of ITIL, AWS, Terraform, or scripting (PowerShell / Python) is desirable
