Job Opportunity: Ruby Expert for Payment Application Upgrade

We are seeking a Ruby expert to assist with upgrading the Ruby version for a payment application currently in production. The role involves addressing immediate technical challenges and providing long-term support and upskilling to the team, which is experiencing a skills gap due to recent organizational changes.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with the Ruby version upgrade process.
2. Reviewing and optimizing the complex deployment pipeline, including tests, vulnerability scans, and upgrade checks.
3. Supporting the team in maintaining security and feature delivery during the upgrade.
4. Evaluating and improving CI/CD pipelines.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Ruby and embedded Ruby (ERB).
• Experience with Capybara and Capybara Webkit.
