A healthcare organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated individual for reception and administrative support. Responsibilities include managing appointments, billing, and providing excellent customer service to patients and staff. The postholder will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient service in line with department and Trust standards, policies and procedures. Duties will include coordinating diaries, reception, answering enquiries via email and telephone, appointment bookings and billing support, providing administrative support, taking payment for self‑funding patients, delivering operational administrative support to the Practice Manager and occasionally covering evening and weekend clinics.
