This role involves working closely with the Head of Contentious Trusts and Probate to manage and develop a high-performing team, ensuring delivery of exceptional legal services.

• Managing Matters: Deliver high-quality legal services, lead by example, and address client concerns promptly.
• Managing People: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, mentor junior staff, and oversee team performance.
• Technical Expertise: Maintain advanced knowledge of relevant laws, manage external experts, uphold professional standards, and ensure transparent billing and client communication.
• Business Development: Promote the firm's services, organize client training, publish articles, and represent the firm externally to build networks.
• Personal Attributes: Maintain confidentiality, exhibit professionalism, collaborate across departments, and adhere to company policies.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support the team.

• Proven experience in contentious trusts and probate law.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with a focus on client satisfaction and profitability.
