An upscale restaurant in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef. This position offers the chance to develop your culinary skills in a vibrant environment, manage a team, and progress towards a Head Chef role. Working as Sous Chef in the kitchen you will support the Head Chef by ensuring the team deliver the brand standards in a smooth and consistent manner. Ideally you will have worked at this level before and be able to demonstrate your skills when developing the team beneath you.
