The Community Engagement Manager role will be pivotal to the growth of the Radfield Home Care brand. You will embody our family-focused, values-driven culture and focus on partnering with individuals who share a similar ethos and a passion for creating a high-quality care service. Based in our (Insert name) Office, you will undertake marketing and public relations activity both in the community and digitally to promote our services to prospective clients, prospective care professionals and community partners. It is essential that you communicate effectively digitally, face-to-face and in writing. This role ideally requires a solid understanding of the home care sector and a proactive approach to networking, social media, recruitment & selection. You will work closely with operational management to ensure a high volume of excellent quality clients and candidates in the pipeline to help the branch meet growth targets across all services.

The Community Engagement Manager will undergo a probationary period for the first three months of employment. This is a time to determine whether the role is suitable for you and for Radfield Home Care to assess whether you are meeting the required standards and demonstrating the appropriate skills for the role. Probation may be extended at the discretion of the directors.
The Community Engagement Manager is entitled to the statutory paid holiday allocation per annum. Additional unpaid leave is strictly at the director’s discretion.
The amendments to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (2013 and 2020) provide that some convictions and cautions may be considered “protected” and do not need to be disclosed to employers. If you have any adult cautions (simple or conditional) or spent convictions that are not protected, you will need to disclose them. Employees must comply with Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and maintain a safe working environment for clients and staff. This role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure, a check against the Adult First register and satisfactory references. All staff must respect confidentiality and comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.
