Job summary

A local care provider in Cardiff is seeking a Reablement & Bridging Senior Care Officer, responsible for managing a team and providing care for complex cases. Qualifications

• QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (minimum) and registration with Social Care Wales.
• Experience of working with older people and/or individuals with disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of CIW Standards, Health & Safety, and safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Line manage and supervise a designated team of Reablement Care Workers.
• Provide care and support for complex cases, enabling service users to regain independence.
• Maintain accurate records for staff and service users in line with council procedures.
