We have an outstanding opportunity to join our dedicated team at our Dalwhinnie Visitor Centre as a seasonal Brand Home Guide. Dalwhinnie is an iconic visitor centre that provides extraordinary experiences to visitors from around the world. We captivate and educate guests through full-sensory interactive tours and tastings. Our team acts as true ambassadors for this inspiring brand.

About the Distillery:

Dalwhinnie distillery is located in the Cairngorm National Park at the heart of the Scottish Highlands, in the village of Dalwhinnie. It produces the gentle spirit known worldwide.

Please note: We have a range of fixed-term Summer Guide positions available, with start dates in April, May, or June, ending in September or October. This role requires weekend and evening work.

About The Team:

Join an ambitious and unique team dedicated to creating memorable experiences across our venues in Scotland. Our Malt Brand Homes offer visitors an immersive journey through Scotch whisky, sharing our heritage and passion. Guests will learn about whisky-making, enjoy tasting experiences, and shop our retail offerings. We aim to foster a deep appreciation for our heritage and brands, making a positive impact for future generations. You will be responsible for:

• Delivering high standards of customer service and creating memorable visitor experiences as part of the visitor centre team.
• Guiding tours around the distillery, representing the brand and Diageo, using comprehensive training provided.
• Assisting with ticket sales, promoting our brand, greeting guests, and providing information about our experiences.
• Managing shop duties, upselling products, and merchandising retail offerings.
• Supporting the planning and execution of special events throughout the year.

To be successful in this role:

We seek character-driven, resilient, and open-minded individuals who are passionate about customer service and teamwork. Prior experience in the drinks industry or hospitality is advantageous. Building strong relationships with customers is essential.
