A local charity supporting individuals is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide calm and consistent support for Tilly, a 14-year-old who enjoys sports and activities. The role includes helping manage behaviours and promoting independence through engaging outings. Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and comfortable with pets. Flexible hours are available.

- Energetic, reliable, and supportive PA.
- Able to give Tilly time and space to process communication.
- Comfortable around pets.
Responsabilidades
- Provide calm, consistent support for communication and processing time.
- Help manage challenging behaviours with patience and firmness.
- Support independence and confidence through fun activities.
Support Tilly, a 14-year-old who loves sports, games, and active days out. Join in with football, basketball, and family trips (e.g., theme parks, community outings).
- Provide calm, consistent support — Tilly is non-verbal and uses picture prompts; support communication and processing time.
- Help manage challenging behaviours with patience and firmness.
- Support independence and confidence through fun activities.
- Energetic, reliable, and supportive PA.
- Able to give Tilly time and space to process communication.
- Comfortable around pets (dog and cats at home; dog can be kept separate if needed).
- Ideally a driver, to enable outings in the community.
