The Global Resilience Centre of Excellence (CoE) is a second line of defence (2LOD) team that ensures our resilience practices are world‑class, future‑ready, and aligned with global standards. You'll help build innovation, automation, and continuous improvement across our resilience activities.

This is a hybrid role based in our Nottingham or London Office reporting to our Resilience Projects and Compliance Senior Manager.

• Lead resilience projects to implement best practices and lead efficiency through automation and AI.
• Conduct process reviews to improve resilience practices globally.
• Develop management information (MI) and reporting for stakeholders across the business.
• Support the critical controls programme and assurance activities. Reviewing supplier RSQs related to Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, escalating adverse responses to subject matter experts in Regional Operation Centres (ROCs).
• Respond to RFIs for audits, bids, and tenders. Identifying and escalating issues via the group risk management system.
• Help with policy and standards updates. Administering the Fusion platform and supporting compliance monitoring activities.

• Tailored communication to reach a variety of audiences

• able to produce insightful data to support business practices
• Working knowledge of Fusion and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
