A leading insurance provider in the UK is seeking a Casualty Technical Sensitive Claims Handler to join their Manchester office. This role requires proficiency in managing sensitive claims with empathy and integrity, adhering to established guidelines. Candidates must have an ACII/DIP qualification and strong analytical skills, with a commitment to customer care. As a Casualty Technical Sensitive Claims Handler, you will proactively manage and settle sensitive claims within your own authority, in accordance with our Physical and Sexual Abuse Guiding Principles and Claims Handling Guidelines.
