Based in the London Office and reporting to the AGC, International, the Counsel will support the in‑house legal team across a broad range of commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters for the following businesses of Phillips 66 Limited : (i) Commercial (including Renewables, Origination and Emerging Energy); (ii) Marketing and (iii) Refining. This role is ideal for a recently qualified solicitor seeking hands‑on experience in a dynamic, multi‑jurisdictional business environment. The position involves working closely with senior counsel and business stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk while enabling commercial objectives.
