They are actively seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team. In this role, you will hold end-to-end accountability for the technical delivery of a dedicated engineering squad, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions.
As the Engineering Manager, you will line manage 4-6 software engineers, fostering their growth, optimising team performance, and promoting best practices. Beyond team leadership, you'll be deeply involved in the hands-on systems design and architectural decisions for your squad's products, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring alignment with the broader architectural vision.
