A local manufacturing business in Goole is looking for a Laboratory Technician to maintain lab operations and conduct quality control testing. The ideal candidate should have an A Level in Chemistry and some laboratory experience. The role offers a salary of £26,665 per annum and benefits such as 20 days annual leave, free onsite parking, and weekday shifts only.

Formation
Laboratory Technician – Goole • £26,665 per annum or £12.82 per hour • Temp to Perm • Monday to Friday, day shift, no nights
- Maintenance of the laboratory and surrounding storage areas, logging, data entry and archiving of electronic logs and databases, and writing reports.
- Quality control testing of products and raw materials.
- Involvement in method development of new quality control procedures.
- Ideally educated to A Level standard in Chemistry with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of working in a laboratory environment (school or university acceptable).
- Strong observation skills and the ability to quickly learn and understand chemical processes.
You will be joining a small, but busy production operation in a secure and supportive environment. This company manufactures, packs and repacks chemical powders and liquids.
- A salary of £26,666 (£12.82 per hour).
- No weekends or shift work: Mon – Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
