Overview

Laboratory Technician – Goole • £26,665 per annum or £12.82 per hour • Temp to Perm • Monday to Friday, day shift, no nights

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the laboratory and surrounding storage areas, logging, data entry and archiving of electronic logs and databases, and writing reports.
• Quality control testing of products and raw materials.
• Involvement in method development of new quality control procedures.

Requirements

• Ideally educated to A Level standard in Chemistry with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience of working in a laboratory environment (school or university acceptable).
• Strong observation skills and the ability to quickly learn and understand chemical processes.
