Lab Assistant

Based in Amesbury

Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Half day Finish on a friday 8am - 12.30pm

Immediate Start

We are looking for 2 lab assistants to start with our client based in Amesbury supporting the Chemists in a wet lab environment.

The Role:

• Carry out Quality Control checks and maintain records
• Ensure all tasks are carried out as per instructions with Safety at the forefront
• Move stock from Stores to work stations, ensuring the correct item is selected
• Learn techniques, chemical formulas

The ideal candidate;

• Previous experience working within a Lab environment or within a Wet Lab
• Ability to understand the importance of H&S within a Lab
• GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
• A level in Chemistry would be desirable but not essential
• Interviewing immediately
