The role involves managing cost centres, processing financial transactions, and conducting financial analysis. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. - Take ownership of selected cost centres and balance sheet codes.
- Post and evidence monthly accruals, prepayments, and journals.
- Analyse costs versus budgets and report key variances.
- Process company expenses and credit card transactions.
- Code expenditure invoices via a data capture system.
- Conduct aged creditor reviews and supplier statement reconciliations.
- Support budgeting and reforecasting activities.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end deadlines.
- Handle ad hoc finance tasks as needed.

- Take ownership of selected cost centres and balance sheet codes

- Code expenditure invoices via a data capture system

- AAT qualification (or equivalent) preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- High level of accuracy and organisational ability
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:45am-17:30pm
