Would you like to join our team as anIndependent Living Advisorand help us to deliver an excellent service for our residents? This is a great opportunity for anyone who is a customer‑focused team player.
Reporting to the Independent Living Manager, you will be responsible for providing an intensive housing management service to our customers. This will include developing successful relationships, assisting prospective customers to view properties and settle into their accommodation, assisting in tenancy management matters and ensuring customers understand their rights and responsibilities per their tenancy agreement.
The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week, 9am – 2pm across 4 days at our Moorside View scheme in Oldham. A full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role as on occasion you may be required to assist at neighbouring schemes.
- Previous experience of working in an advisory role supporting the elderly and vulnerable with a proven ability to foster a spirit of co‑operation and a sense of independence within this group.

- Competitive salary of £14.40 per hour (£26,271 FTE per annum).
