A community-focused housing organization in Oldham is seeking an Independent Living Advisor to join their team. This part-time role involves providing housing management support, fostering relationships with customers, and assisting with tenancy matters. Candidates must have experience supporting the elderly, good communication skills, and a full UK Driving Licence. Reporting to the Independent Living Manager, you will be responsible for providing an intensive housing management service to our customers. This will include developing successful relationships, assisting prospective customers to view properties and settle into their accommodation, assisting in tenancy management matters and ensuring customers understand their rights and responsibilities per their tenancy agreement.
The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week, 9am – 2pm across 4 days at our Moorside View scheme in Oldham. A full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role as on occasion you may be required to assist at neighbouring schemes.
