Job summary

A global cosmetics leader based in London is seeking an Interim National Account Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for developing annual business plans, managing wholesale sales, and achieving targets to maximize business potential. The ideal candidate will have significant experience at the National Account Manager level, strong communication skills, and a track record in retail sales management within the cosmetics industry.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail sales management within the National Account sector of the cosmetics industry.
  • Proven track record of managing wholesale sales within the National Account sector.
  • Able to manage time effectively and plan in contingencies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual business plans for the nominated National Account Groups.
  • Work closely with Marketing to support with activity, events and exclusives.
  • Ensure smooth running of stock replenishment processes.
  • Achieve agreed retail and wholesale targets.
  • Provide effective communication and strong relationships with management teams.

Strong experience at National Account Manager level
Commercially aware & ability to drive business performance
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
