Factory Operative

Salisbury

Up to £29,500 per annum DOE

Monday to Thursday, 7am - 5pm (38 hours)

Holt Engineering is recruiting for a permanent Factory Operative to join our client near Salisbury. This company manufactures a variety of metal tubing and assemblies and offers a friendly and welcoming working environment.

1. Work with limited support.
2. Understand specifications and technical drawings.
3. Use hand tools such as hacksaws and files.
4. Operate basic machinery such as bandsaws, pillar drills, and linishers.
5. Assist across various departments as needed.

1. Comfortable with manual handling.
2. Experience with basic handheld tools.
3. Previous experience working with metal is advantageous.
