You’ll take ownership of a varied workload across:

• Dilapidations (tenant & landlord)
• Technical Due Diligence
• Contract administration & project management
• Schedules of condition
• Party wall & neighbourly matters
• Pre-acquisition surveys
• Reinstatement cost assessments
• Strategic client advisory

You will be trusted with managing your own clients, delivering high-quality work, and shaping the continued growth of the Birmingham office.
