Office Administrator

We’re looking for a proactive and professional Office Administrator to join our growing team. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our offices, supporting both the management team and wider business operations. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Answer calls and manage the office admin line
  • Greet visitors and clients, maintain the visitor log, and provide refreshments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Order and manage office supplies, stationery, and kitchen stock
  • Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well‑stocked office environment
  • Liaise with building managers and contractors
  • Welcome new starters and provide office tours
  • Prepare passes, equipment, and workspace for new employees
  • Support HR with interview scheduling and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate fire and first‑aid procedures
  • Ensure first‑aid boxes and qualifications are up to date
  • Manage meeting room bookings and boardroom calendar
  • Take minutes and notes in meetings as required
  • Assist with organising staff and social events
  • Distribute internal communications and company updates
  • Support senior management with office‑wide announcements
