A Multi Academy Trust is seeking a Casual Lettings Assistant to manage facilities hire and support sports activity programmes. This role requires working various hours including evenings and weekends, with a commitment to health and safety. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of leisure activities and be customer-focused. Experience in a school setting is desirable. Competitive pay at £13.26 per hour.

We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands. Ellowes Hall School are recruiting for a Lettings Assistant on a casual contract. The position will be for a minimum of 12 hours per week, and the successful candidate will need to be available to work one evening shift, one weekend shift and one full weekend shift pattern on a rota, however flexibility to cover other Lettings staff during absence and holidays will be required.

The successful candidate will be working with the Lettings Officer to manage the day-to-day delivery of Facilities Hire. To undertake day to day work associated with the sports activity programmes and general maintenance / care of all equipment and facilities at the School.
The successful candidate will be working with the Site Team to support day‑to‑day delivery of Lettings and undertake day to day work associated with the Lettings and general maintenance tasks of the school site.
Previous experience of working in a school or education setting or a similar role would be desirable but not essential.
