A UI/UX Developer is responsible for designing and developing digital interfaces that are both visually appealing and highly functional. This role bridges the gap between design and development, ensuring users have a seamless, accessible, and engaging experience across web and mobile platforms. The UI/UX Developer collaborates with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive digital products

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for intuitive user experiences.
• Design and deliver UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation components.
• Ensure responsive designs that function across various devices and screen sizes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and integrate user feedback to refine designs.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design principles.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and iterate on design solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.
• Good professional experience in UI/UX development or a similar role.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Skilled in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Balsamiq.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Experience with responsive and accessible web design (WCAG standards).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
