We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist, specialising in Retail, Hospitality, Leisure, and or Tourism to join our college community.

About your role:

We're looking for a fully qualified and experienced Customer Service Lecturer to join our large Wellbeing Team on a part‑time basis. You will deliver inspiring and practical teaching on our Level 2 Customer Service (in Retail, Leisure and Tourism) programme – practical and theoretical teaching and assessment elements of the programme.
