An inclusive care provider in Wigan is seeking a motivated individual to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will provide positive support to help service users achieve independence while building trusting relationships with clients and their families. Creative Support is looking for a motivated and caring individual to work at our supported living service for adults with a learning disability, physical needs and complex support needs. The role will be to provide consistent, positive support for two clients. Each person holds their own tenancy and is supported to achieve independence and outcome-focused goals within their own person centred plan.
You will engage with service users and build trusting, therapeutic relationships. You will work closely with family members, other professionals, and agencies to provide coordinated, personalised support, which meets the identified needs of our service users, and maintains their quality of life.
