Facilities Administrator – Supports Two FM's in Central London

Location: Central London

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Liaison with service partners ensuring risk assessments and method statements are completed and filed before works are carried out.
  • Producing monthly reporting on service partner performance and dealing with any service partner invoicing.
  • Keeping the H&S platform updated.
  • Raising POs and instructing and chasing up works.
  • Dealing with post, couriers, making bookings, tracking spend.
  • Communicating directly with tenants on-site both verbally and written, requiring strong customer‑centric and organisational skills.
