A leading education provider is seeking a Programme Facilitator in Mergers and Acquisitions for Imperial Business School. This role requires over 10 years of industry experience, strong interpersonal skills, and prior teaching or mentoring experience. Emeritus is seeking a Programme Facilitator in Mergers and Acquisitions for IMPERIAL Business School. The Programme Facilitator is a subject matter expert that shapes the student's experience and guides students through their learning journey. Candidates must have industry experience, demonstrated knowledge of the course subject area, strong interpersonal skills, and previous experience in teaching, mentoring or other instructional role. This is a great role for someone who wants work flexibility and the chance to diversify their resume with consultancy and teaching experience.

The programme in Mergers & Acquisitions from Imperial College Business School is a learning experience delivered by leading experts in the field of Merger & Acquisition. The programme has been designed to lead you through both the financial and the strategic aspects of corporate restructuring. It will enable participants to participate in a successful M&A deal, from identifying the benefits for both buyer and seller to establishing valuation to leveraging bidding techniques. By the end of the programme participants will be able to recognize the various forms of corporate restructuring and their potential value and with that they will be able to identify the differences, functions, benefits, and challenges of M&A. It will also help them to identify the responsibilities of each player in an M&A deal and it will help them to gain a deeper awareness of the players and processes in mergers and acquisitions.
