A global online non-for-profit organization is looking for a Product Director to oversee governance, compliance, and delivery of digital and non-digital products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and expertise in product compliance frameworks. This role involves defining and implementing product delivery strategies, establishing governance standards, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A competitive salary of £80,000 to £92,000 plus bonus, with a hybrid working model based in Stratford, London.

To be successful, you must have experience leading a multinational cross‑functional team, experience of product compliance & governance (Ofqual, UKVI, safeguarding, AI ethics, EDI) and strong capabilities in Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
