The Role:
- Advise on a broad range of complex, high-value finance matters with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition finance
- Work with private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and real estate investors on UK and cross-border transactions
- Support senior team members in business development initiatives and the growth of the financial services practice
- Collaborate across departments including tax, funds, and corporate for multi-disciplinary deals
The Person:
- Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE and strong experience in leveraged finance
- Previous experience in a well-regarded City, US, or international firm
- Confident managing client relationships and taking on responsibility in transactions
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and drafting skills
