Job summary

A leading connectivity provider in the United Kingdom is looking for a Senior Management Accountant contractor for a 6-month engagement. This role will focus on the financial integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS standards while delivering accurate P&L and cash flow reporting. Ideal candidates will hold professional qualifications like ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, and have experience in acquisition accounting. The role involves collaboration across teams to provide analysis and support budgeting processes, making this a critical position for financial operations.

Qualifications

  • Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in acquisition accounting and integration.
  • Skilled in preparing and analysing P&L reports, cash flow statements, and management accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial reporting for newly acquired businesses.
  • Collaborate with teams to provide insightful analysis.
  • Support the due diligence process during acquisitions.
  • Prepare and report monthly financial results.
