Job summary
A leading organization in the finance sector is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead Finance & Accounts. The CFO will provide strategic leadership, oversee financial planning and reporting, manage financial risks, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Ideal candidates will have a robust background in financial management and governance. This pivotal role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to organizational integrity.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a primary advisor to the Managing Directors on long-term business strategy.
- Oversees the creation of annual budgets and detailed financial forecasting models.
- Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements in compliance with standards.
- Identifies and mitigates financial risks including currency fluctuations and interest rates.
- Manages the company's debt, equity, and investments.
- Monitors the organization's ability to meet short-term liabilities.
- Ensures adherence to local regulations and implements internal controls.
- Leads Organizations Tax file and VAT functions.
