A housing association in Scotland is seeking a Director of Finance, IT and Resources to lead teams and drive performance. The role involves strategic management, financial planning, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Thenue Housing Association provides affordable homes and community services in Glasgow and surrounding areas. The organisation owns over 3,100 homes and operates three subsidiaries: Thenue Trust, Thenue Housing Services Ltd and Thenue Communities. Thenue aims to create better homes and stronger communities through collaboration and service delivery.
Director of Finance, IT and Resources to lead the Finance, IT and People & Culture departments, drive high performance and continuous improvement, and be ultimately responsible for all financially driven outcomes across the group. A manager for each department will report to the Director, who will provide support, direction and leadership while working with the executive team and CEO to uphold Thenue’s values and realise its vision. The Director will ensure effective financial planning, value-for-money and continued delivery of high-quality services and community investment.
