Job description
Overview

We\'re looking for a fantastic Demand Planner to join our Bristol team. You\'ll play a key role in our Gifting team, making sure product launches and promotions run smoothly and on time. From forecasting demand to analysing trends and managing stock levels, you\'ll help keep us ahead of the curve. This is a hybrid role, with on-site presence required 2-3 days a week. The position is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week.

What You\'ll Be Getting Up To

You\'ll be an integral part of keeping our stock flowing - working closely with suppliers to maintain availability and collaborating with buyers to shape and challenge forecasts. You\'ll prepare seasonal stock plans for sign-off, manage ongoing stock levels, and monitor performance across your categories. It\'s all about staying agile: tracking promotions, spotting variances, and reacting quickly to avoid shortages or excess. You\'ll also support improvements to our systems and reporting tools, manage sell-through of discontinued products, and follow up on supplier performance. Alongside our Operations team, you\'ll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
  • Solid experience in forecasting, stock control, and purchase order management, with a clear grasp of commercial impact
  • Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong organisational and decision-making skills
  • Great communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and manage inventory effectively
  • Advanced Excel skills and sharp attention to detail when manipulating and analysing data
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ideally, a degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, plus the drive to succeed and contribute to a high-performing team
