A leading consulting firm in Bedford is seeking a Senior Scientist to manage the Analytical Development Chemistry team. This role involves leading the development and validation of chemistry assays, providing training to junior scientists, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in analytical method development and a strong ability to lead teams effectively.
Competenze
- Over 10 years of experience with LC/MS, HPLC, CE-SDS and AUC.
- Independently motivated with strong problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of GMP, ICH and GLP regulations.
Mansioni
- Lead and manage the Analytical Development Chemistry team.
- Support client projects as the analytical methods expert.
- Transfer, qualification, and validation of GMP analytical methods.
