What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading the full user research process on projects, from opportunity spotting to embedding insights into product strategy.
  • Running discovery and delivery research streams, aligning them with agile workflows.
  • Using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to validate ideas and test product experiences.
  • Partnering with product and design teams to turn evidence into actionable strategy and roadmaps.
  • Facilitating workshops, design sprints and co‑creation sessions that spark creativity and alignment.
  • Contributing to the wider research practice by sharing knowledge, refining processes and supporting colleagues.
  • Advising pre‑sale teams on research approaches for potential new projects when needed.
Main Skills Needed
  • 5+ years in a dedicated user research role with strong practical experience across core research methods.
  • Experience working in a consultancy environment is essential.
  • Proven experience leading user research end‑to‑end on multiple projects.
  • Background in product design or engineering would be highly favoured.
  • Confident running customer interviews, usability testing, surveys, and concept validation.
  • Skilled in customer segmentation across different markets and participant recruitment.
  • Excellent facilitator with a track record of leading workshops and design sprints.
  • Familiar with research tools such as Maze, Dovetail or similar.
  • Fluent in English, comfortable leading sessions with international participants.
  • Highly personable, able to build relationships with end clients and stakeholders.
