What will your typical day look like?

As a Manager, you’ll combine technical expertise, problem-solving, and client collaboration to deliver high-quality AI & Data solutions. You’ll get exposure to:

1. Drive AI & Data Strategy – Collaborate with clients to design and implement AI & data strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
2. AI & Data Solutions – Lead teams in developing data models, analytics pipelines, AI / ML models, and cloud-based solutions that drive business value.
3. Client Collaboration – Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into technical solutions, including managing client relationships.
4. Agile Project Delivery – Lead Agile teams to develop, test, and deploy data solutions efficiently.
5. Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing – Support junior and senior consultants in developing technical and consulting skills.
6. Staying Ahead of Trends – Keep up with the latest AI, ML, and data engineering advancements and contribute to Deloitte’s innovation initiatives.

We collaborate with leading technology providers such as AWS, Microsoft, Google, Snowflake, and Databricks, ensuring we stay at the forefront of emerging AI and data capabilities.

You are a tech-savvy problem-solving leader who thrives in a data-driven environment. You bring 6+ years of experience in areas such as:

• Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Technical Business Analysis to derive actionable insights from data, understand processes, and inform business decisions.
• A commitment to delivering excellence with expertise in Project Management, Risk Management, and Strategic Planning, demonstrating your ability to oversee complex projects efficiently.
• Familiarity with developing Solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure, or functional areas.
• Strong collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, capable of translating business challenges into actionable data solutions.
• Experience with modern cloud services such as Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure, indicating familiarity with cloud-based data solutions.
• Exposure to Data Wrangling skills and Data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, along with strong Data & AI fundamentals.
• Expertise in data warehouse design and implementation, database management, crucial for effective data governance and utilization.
• Preference for candidates with specialized knowledge of database and data warehouse concepts, design principles, and architectures.
• Experience with client-facing work and stakeholder engagement.
